Road Runners:Today I ran my first half marathon. It started with a fun girls night out. I took Megan and Sheena to Le Nonne. It was there first time. We decided to load up on carbs the night before the race, plus it was a great excuse to have a girls night.
In the corner up there is all of us freezing. We had just been dropped off at the beginning of the race. We all look so pretty still, pre sweat and all. There is Katie, Sheena, Megan, Me and Brooke.

Girl...give yourself a BIG pat on the back! I'm proud of anyone who has that kind of determination. Marathons are not for the "Wimpy Me".
You & Your Mom (I think that's your mom) look alike. I know I told you already, but you looked Fab in that outfit. Thanks for letting Blaire babysit for you.

I loved dinner your mom is fantastic. I am so impressed with her and how close you guys are. I really look up to how she raised you to be an independant tough, smart woman. I can't wait for many more pre-race dinners with her and you.
It was so motivating to have your family around ever turn, cheering and making me keep going. I really appreciated them.
You guys did so awesome. You finshed with a smile and I never have the umph for that at the end. I'm so proud of you guys. Great running.

This is so awesome. I am so jealous that you have such determination. Someday you will have to teach me how to enjoy running....then maybe I can be as motivated as you and do a marathon. (you can be my coach...k?) GOOD JOB and my hat is definitely off to you.
